We’re currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader who is organized, dependable, and passionate about maintaining high-quality landscapes.

What You’ll Do

 

 

• Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew on daily routes

• Ensure properties are maintained to company standards

• Perform and oversee services including:
   

  • Lawn mowing and trimming

  • Pruning of shrubs and small trees

  • Bed maintenance, weeding, and mulching

  • Spring and fall clean-ups

  • Basic landscape repairs and enhancements

 

• Plan daily work, manage time efficiently, and ensure job completion

• Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

• Communicate with clients and management professionally

• Enforce safety procedures and train crew members

 

 

 

What We’re Looking For

 

 

• 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience (leadership experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of turf care and ornamental plant maintenance

• Ability to lead, motivate, and train a crew

• Experience operating commercial landscape equipment

• Valid G-class driver’s license (clean abstract required)

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
