What You’ll Do

 

​

• Lead and manage a landscape construction crew on-site

• Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment

• Read and interpret landscape drawings and job specifications

• Install hardscape and softscape elements including:
   

  • Interlock patios & walkways

  • Retaining walls

  • Grading & drainage

  • Planting, sod, and final grading

 

• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety requirements

• Communicate effectively with management, clients, and crew members

• Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and efficiency

 

 

 

What We’re Looking For

 

 

• 3+ years of landscape construction experience (crew leadership experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of hardscape installation methods and best practices

• Ability to operate landscape equipment (skid steer, plate compactor, saws, etc.)

• Ability to read drawings and manage job timelines

• Valid G-class driver’s license (D or AR license an asset)

• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
